While I have a great deal on my mind when it comes to blogging, I occasionally read something somewhere else that's so good, I want to pass it on to my readers here. That's called linking out. It's a common practice in the Blogesphere. Some new bloggers are reluctant to send traffic AWAY from their blog but there's one important lesson to learn about the new social media. . . the audience is in control. Gone are the days when you can trap someone at your site. And you shouldn't feel the need to do that anyway. If you find something very cool and share it with your readers, they'll thank you by coming back for more.

So without further ado, here's a link I think you should visit. It's a blog writer's style guide for lack of a better definition. It's an article by Dennis A. Mahoney called How To Write a Better Weblog. Read it, believe it and practice it. Your blog will be better for it.
